Currently, we only accept payments via Paypal and Payoneer.

We use SSL encryption to ensure your payment information is protected.

We do not share your payment information with third parties, unless necessary to process your payment.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the flexibility to return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

We do not currently offer exchange services. You can return the product to us for a refund, then place a new order to receive the product of your choice.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and another 3-5 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

When you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing your order. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (ET)

Order Processing Time: 1-3 Days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping Time: 7-15 Days (Monday – Friday)

While we will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Kesslerr is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal disruptions, etc.

Of course! When you place your order, you will receive an order number for reference. If for some reason you do not receive the code within 24-48 hours, please contact us.

After purchasing, you have 24 hours to cancel your order by contacting us. After this time, we do not guarantee order cancellation.
