RETURN & REFUND
At kesslerr.store, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may have unforeseen issues. That is why we have developed a comprehensive Returns and Refunds Policy to ensure you have peace of mind when shopping with us. This return policy applies to orders purchased in the United States.
1. Returns within 30 days
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the item, not the date of purchase or delivery. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is damaged.
TO BE RETURNED, ITEMS MUST BE BRAND NEW, UNUSED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Returns Process
To return a product, you just need to follow a few simple steps:

Customers are responsible for the return label. Customers will ship their products to one of the USPS stores. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returned products unless otherwise stated.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 30 days depending on your credit card or bank.
4. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be posted.
Or contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is posted.

5. What are the restocking fees?
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we want to make the returns process as simple as possible for you.
6. Cancelling Orders
We understand that circumstances can change, which is why we offer a 24-hour window to modify or cancel an order. Simply contact us and if your order is not yet in the fulfillment process, we will accommodate your request without any hassle.
