1. Order Processing and Shipping Schedule

When you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing the order. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

Order Processing Time: 1-3 Days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping Time:

For Standard Shipping: 7-15 Days (Monday – Friday) at a cost of $6.99

Currently, we only offer this service in the United States.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email when your order has been shipped.

5. Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.

6. Delays May Occur

We dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be extended by our carriers due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens and you are concerned about the date of receipt of your order, please check your tracking number or contact us.

7. Error in receiving information

If your order has been shipped and you find that you have entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately so that the order can be processed.

However, in some cases, the order cannot reach your address due to incorrect information you provided, we are not responsible for this package.

We strongly encourage you to check your payment and shipping information carefully before placing your order, because once we have processed and shipped your order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

8. Package is lost or damaged

If your package is reported as delivered but you have not received it, please: -Verify the delivery address.

-Check all location transactions that may exist in your residence.

-Ask a neighbor or family member if they will accept the package.

-Contact the courier and provide the tracking number for retrieval.

If your package is officially declared lost, please contact us immediately with your order number.
